Take necessary action. (JDC) (SS) (Note to the Public: this action will be to consider scheduling a public hearing for a later date. The actual public hearing for the petition on the proposed ESD will not be at this meeting.)

10. Consider and take appropriate action to call and set a public hearing on a proposed change to the speed limit on CR 3355, Olde Towne Road & School House Road and to authorize publication and posting of notice in accordance with applicable law. (CS)

18. Discuss and consider current status of Weather/Ground/Vegetation conditions for Burn Ban update purposes and for Burn Ban renewal, amendment, revisions, or rescind considerations. Hear reports from Fire Marshal/EMC in regards to recent County fires, State of Texas Reports and neighboring counties' conditions. Hear Burn Ban recommendations and/or Red Flag Day Reports. Take appropriate action. (JD)

20. Executive Session Consultation with attorney under Texas government code Section 551.071 and deliberation regarding real property under Texas Government Code Section 551.072.
